Our thoughts and condolences are with Joan’s family, friends, and classmates during this tragic time.

To honor Joan’s life and legacy, a dedicated memorial page has been created, offering a lasting space for remembrance and reflection. Each year on her birthday, July 1st, the Sayville Alumni Association will pay tribute to her—celebrating the joy, kindness, and warmth she brought into the lives of so many.

It is our sincere hope that this annual remembrance serves as a source of comfort to all who knew and loved Joan. May it keep her spirit alive, allowing her memory to shine brightly in our hearts for years to come.
