Sally, who departed this life on November 14, 2024, at the age of 93, was a cherished office assistant within the Sayville Public Schools system, concluding her career in the guidance department of the high school.

We shared the news of her passing. Recently, our historian, Erick Baumeister, discovered that she was also a graduate of the Sayville High Class of 1949, a connection we had not recognized before.
