The passing of Nicholas H. Gregory, Jr., Class of 1978.
There has been so much sad news today. And, here is more sad news. Nicholas H. Gregory, aged 64, from Melrose, passed away on March 12, 2024 at the Albany Medical Center, Albany, New York, after a long battle with illness throughout his adult years.
Lori Hodgkinson, a fellow classmate of Nicholas, reached out to me, expressing;
“Nick was Vice President of our class and beloved by his classmates. Our class has continued to gather and it was heartening to see that the twinkle in his eye, the warmth of his smile, and the kindness in his heart never diminished after all these years. A Beautiful contagious Soul”.

The Sayville Alumni Association will honor Nicholas annually on his birthday. It is our hope that commemorating Nicholas will provide solace to those who shared special memories with him.
