In Loving Memory: Mary Eleanor (Mauck) Emanovsky, Sayville High School Class of 1952.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Mary Eleanor (Mauck) Emanovsky, a beloved member of Sayville High School’s Class of 1952.

Mary passed away peacefully on the morning of May 24, 2026.

We are deeply grateful to Mary’s daughter, Sue, for reaching out to let our Sayville alumni community know of her mother’s passing. In moments like these, staying connected means more than ever, and we appreciate Sue’s thoughtfulness in sharing this news with us.

Mary’s years, the friendships she made, and the memories she carried with her throughout her life are part of our community’s story. While we do not yet have details about memorial arrangements, we promise to share that information with all of you as soon as it becomes available.

For now, we hold Sue and the entire Emanovsky family close in our thoughts. May you find comfort in the cherished memories of your mother. And to all who knew Mary, whether from the Class of ‘52 or across the many decades since, we invite you to remember her with kindness and gratitude for the life she lived.
