We have a new May 2nd birthday addition to our brithday remembrance calendar and it’s for today! Florence Lillian (Westerbeke) Mons, SHS Class of 1989. She was born 2 May 1901 in West Sayville. She married Sylvester Charles Mons on December 10, 1923, in Sayville. Florence died 3 Sep 1989 (aged 88) in Alachua, Alachua County, Florida and is buried in Union Cemetery.
