Sadly, we have been informed of the passing of Emil J. Polak, class of 1953, born July 16, 1936, and died April 8, 2021 (age 84).

We are saddened by the loss of Emil, a renowned author, and historian. There is much more to say about this remarkable Sayville man.

We extend our condolences to his family, friends, classmates, and colleagues.
