Sadly, we have learned of the passing of Mr. Jeremiah James Mariconda at age 96 on August 26, 2020. Very much loved by his students and colleagues, Mr. Mariconda taught Business Education in Sayville Public Schools for 38 years.

Mr. Mariconda most typically wore a smile to greet his students, always seeking to champion in us those behaviors and practices he believed vital to our education, success, and future. Rest in peace, good Sir…
