We extend our heartfelt condolences upon the news of the passing of James J. Clyne, Class of 1967, who departed this life on July 2, 2024.
James was a valued member of the Sayville High varsity football team.
He resided in Longview, TX, and Las Vegas, NV, before relocating to Worcester, Massachusetts, in 2019.
James served in the United States Army as a helicopter pilot during the Vietnam War.
Following his military career, James worked as an EMT helicopter pilot for Flight For Life in Las Vegas until his retirement in 2015.
