It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara Joan (Sprague) Reichling, a member of the Class of 1958.

Barbara was a person of many remarkable talents, but she will be particularly remembered for her extraordinary singing voice. During her time at Sayville High, she graced the stage on numerous occasions, including her performance in the school’s 1958 operetta “Moonlight.” Her musical abilities were celebrated not only in local community theater but also at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sayville.
