It is with deep sorrow that we received the news of the passing of Mrs. Arletta Baker, a cherished educator at Sunrise Drive for numerous years. Her children attended SHS, and she was a highly valued South Shore College Women’s Club member.  Arletta was known as the epitome of kindness.

We offer our heartfelt condolences to Arletta’s family and friends.  We will honor his memory annually on her birthday, October 23rd. It is our wish that through the Sayville Alumni Association commemorating Arletta on her birthday, we can provide solace to those who cherished her.
